I started S/HeStarter because I saw too many talented new agents struggle without proper guidance. The first year is make-or-break, and having the right mentor can change everything.
Why I Mentor
When I started in real estate, I wished I had someone to guide me through the confusion, the rejection, and the steep learning curve. I made mistakes that cost me time and money - mistakes that could have been avoided with the right support.
Now, with over a decade of experience, I want to be that guide for new agents. I believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success, which is why my mentorship has no upfront cost. You only pay when you succeed.
My mission is simple: help first-year agents build thriving real estate businesses by giving them the tools, guidance, and confidence they need to succeed.
